Boy developments / Peanut's first vet visit
I took a vacation day yesterday because I had to have some blood drawn and anticipated needing some house-cleaning time.
Roy (TBWMMP) came down in the afternoon and we spent a few hours at the Cincinnati Art Museum, making our way from asian artifacts to biblical, european and contemporary paintings and sculpture. I have trouble analyzing art. It's a skill I never fully developed. But I think the more I do it, the more I am able to interpret the pieces. Roy is an artist, a painter, so he fully enjoyed himself, and I fully enjoyed our day together. After the museum closed at 5, we hopped over to Teak and ate some great Thai food and sushi, before coming home and having a sleepover. This makes date #6 for those of you who are counting.
This morning Peanut had his first vet appointment. Well, *I* had my first vet appointment with him. He's at a good weight, no parasites, a touch of gingivitis :( and didn't even notice when they gave him his rabies and distemper shots.
