I've been bad about watching movies lately, if you can believe that. Time constraints and lack of interest have created a huge virtual "pile" of movies that I wanted to watch. I made a big dent this weekend.
The Da Vinci Code - I definitely liked the book better, but the movie is watchable, despite Tom Hanks apparently having lost the ability to convey emotion. The twists and turns seemed a bit tedious and the movie is a tad too long. But still, watchable. And I do love a good "controversial" film.
X-Men 3 - Loved it. No, really. I truly enjoyed it. Great action, good plot, nice effects, a fitting ending to the trilogy. But shame on those of you who are abandoning Colossus for Juggernaut.
The Devil's Rejects - What an F*#@ed-up family. The story was "interesting" but I wouldn't see it again. No, I had forgotten it was a sequel and I haven't seen House of 1,000 Corpses
Descent - Thank you IMDB for summarizing this brilliantly. I should have read you first. It's a painfully uninspired copy of The Core. With Luke Perry.
The Brotherhood - Thank you
thom413 for recommending that I watch this horrible, horrible homoerotically charged film about fratboy vampires. It was simply agonizing.
