(no subject)
first things first -- if you want one of the most awesome songs ever -- besides beautiful love [the afters] and fix you [coldplay] and many others... download stars by switchfoot. unbelievably amazing.
so secondly... the reason im writing this entry... is because it really warms my heart when people are nice. whether its for no reason at all, or for a wonderful reason -- its just really sweet. like today, i was checking my facebook account... and tom cassell wrote me a message saying that he saw my birthday was coming up and wanted to wish me a happy birthday, to have a great time at georgetown, to keep in touch, and stuff like that. now he didnt have to do that, but he did. and it was just really sweet.
another thing... i got a message on facebook from johnny (cute lithuanian rugby player as a soph at umich) and i im-ed him, and we started talking, just because i havent talked to him in forever... anyways, he invited me to watch one of the rugby matches over at michigan if i'll be home. how much fun would that be for me? oh i would love it like crazy -- to see live rugby? man oh man. (sammy and ryan... you are the two that know i was up at 2 am watching rocococo and new zealand rugby, lol)
and then tonight... i was setting up my new iBook, and i mentioned to randall that i was setting it up... and he helped me for like an hour and a half and told me all this sweet stuff i can do. omg its unreal.
so im just saying that i really love these little things that put a huge smile on my face. and i hope that you guys can find a song, or a message, or whatever... that adds a little spring in your step. and if you get four of these things at once... like i did today... all the better.
