Its about making pin hole camera from the hotel rooms.
Morell says:
"I made most of these photographs in rooms that I converted into camera obscuras. In order to capture these dim, hovering projections in interiors, my exposures with a large-format camera ususally had to be about eight hours long. Even though camera obscura images can be seen with the naked eye, it takes film more time to record the exposures as such low levels of light."
