spring_fluff. Geez, I must be crazy. But, not so crazy that I requested uke Atobe, at least. :P
Anyway, I figured it would be a good idea to, ah, actually read the manga and familiarize myself with canon so the last few days I've downloaded and read 250 plus chapters. I'm at the start of the Nationals right now and I'm sort of annoyed at Higa. Why are they such bitches? They are making me root for Ryoma! Why, Higa, why? This is even worse than when Niou/Yagyuu gave Eiji a concussion because, well, that was kind of funny. But Higa whacked an old man in the face! (ok, it was kinda funny that he like flew off the bench, but still) They had to call for an ambulance! Yeah, okay, now I'm giggling so maybe it's not that awful but goddamn, I still want Ryoma to win. And for that, I hate you, Higa.
Saw Children of Men today with my little sister. Liked it a lot but felt the need to watch something fluffy and heart-warming immediately afterwards. We ate lunch at Japantown and looked through travel books for (hopefully) Japan trip this summer but the only thing I took away was everything in Tokyo is super expensive (which I already knew) and apparantly Frodor's guide to Japan thinks the number one must-see sight in Tokyo is the government municipal offices. Uh, yeah, okay.
