So at the end of this past semester, I was inducted into Phi Beta Delta, the international honor society. Immediately after the induction ceremony, there was an officers meeting and the new inductees (yes, all two of us) were invited to stay. I thought it'd be cool to have some input on the workings of the organization for next semester, since they are in charge of the NaviGators, which I am now crazy about, having only been involved for one semester.
So, having introduced myself as a computer engineering major during the ceremony, they all immediately turned to me when the "we need a new website" part of the meeting came up. I agreed, and *Ta-Da!*, I was made the new webmaster.
So, I've spent the past week or so designing a new website for Phi Beta Delta, and thus, the NaviGators, since PBD is the honor society, but NaviGators is the active sub-group of the organization, and thus the largest part of it.
So, though the site is not officially posted on a UF site, I have it up on a free server. If you're interested, take a look.
