OMG people, I am going to be jumping up and down about this for days. Like, you don't know just how ecstatic this has made me when first thing I do on getting home and seeing that my Tumblr tags have literally exploded with all the excitement for the new Marvel movie, most notably the next Captain America movie because its the frickin' Winter Soldier!!
Like, I don't know if you know just how much I am in love with this character and the whole plotline, and how massively I've grown obsessed the past several weeks. To the point I picked up all the available issues of the Winter Soldier ongoing series, and quite honestly the reason I made my Captain America shirt that I was wearing today. Seriously, Winter Soldier aka Bucky is my favorite character in comics right now, and if I wasn't fangirling over the news right now I was honestly planning to reread those issues of his first re-appearance in Brubaker's Captain America. *dancing around the room now*

(for those totally confused, I am more than happy to explain the whole story about Cap's old sidekick/best friend James "Bucky" Barnes who was thought to have been KIA during WWII, but actually recovered by the Russians and brainwashed to become the perfect Soviet Cold War assassin. And there I go....)

So yeah, Marvel movies, there were others so I hear. Iron Man 3 of course, which is filming now somewhere. Thor: The Dark World, which sounds pretty awesome. Ant-Man sounds like it's official, to be directed by Edgar Wright (yay! also, so long as it has Wasp in there, because the MCU seriously need more female heros, and Janet is one of my favorites in the cartoon). Last on is Guardians of the Galaxy, which I know very little about outside that one episode in Avengers: EMH, and that among the team members in an anthropomorphic tree and a gun-wielding, talking raccoon.
