Oh my, the election.
Looks like Obama is going to win (knock on wood!)! Whew. To quote a McCain campaign aid, "it would be nothing short of a miracle if McCain wins." Yay, I'm staying in the country 4 more years! Sarah Palin can go back to Alaska! Everything is right with the world!
What I'm really, really worried about is Prop 8. For those of you not in the know (seriously, do you live under a rock?), prop 8 will TAKE AWAY the right that gay people in California already have to get married. No, I am serious. People really are this vile and disgusting. I'll just cry and cry if it passes.
Tons of other great and not so great, but important props on the ballot for California and San Francisco. Prop 2 gives chickens room to stretch their wings and turn around in their cages. 4, brought to you by the forced pregnancy crowd, makes minors notify their parents of abortions. K decriminalizes prostitution in San Francisco. R renames a San Francisco sewage treatment center after George Bush (okay not important, but hilarious).

Ugh tomorrow! I'm so 038hirjnlkf34iewr. I have a feeling we'll know pretty early in the evening what the outcome of the general election is (landslide!). Then I'm going to hear She and Him and wait for the local measure turn outs.
