So much has happened lately I don't know where to begin, and forgive me if I leave anything out due to the bulk of events. I have seen the city of Ghent and its hand toiled history of stone and mortar, I have become an honourary member of Ash and formed a fun little mock band with the one and only Tim "Egg" Wheeler. I have frolicked in the summer rain with the lovely Kelly, who also cooked me a fantastic meal worth remembering, and have been fortunate enough to meet many more wonderful people here on-line (including a beautiful pop diva and a fella I have long respected). Now I'm back in Dublin with my best mate, preparing to ship my already packaged belongings to the new London residence, and box up the remainder of my things to do the same. While here I also plan to cram in a visit with friends and family, and partake in a bit of the drink with my bodyguard slash stalker slash knight in shining Disney armour.

Once situated in the flat Tim and Kelly have so graciously turned over to me, it will be time for some solitude and introspection. Besides continuing the pursuit of upcoming projects, I hope to spend the hours I'm not reflecting on myself and my life catching up on reading, banging the drums, and honing my guitar skills. Or perhaps just lounging around in the nip doing absolutely nothing if I choose, which is one of the many great things about living by yourself. To do whatever, whenever, in the privacy of space I can call my own, that I can call home. I have been traveling around so much and hopping from one hostel to another that it will be a nice change to just have some days all to myself. Don't expect me to become a hermit, tho-- I have never cared to be without the physical company of others for too long. My craving for interaction and excitement will get the better of me all too quickly. ;-)

When that happens, there is a good possibility of a party to celebrate my move to London, and to show appreciation of everyone who has made my stay there thus far so worthwhile. You are all absolutely divine, and I can't think of anyplace in the world I would rather be right now.
