Life after the storm.
HA Stupid Rita scared everybody shitless! Including myself. But she shifted, THANK GOD. But I do feel bad for the people east of us. Beaumont and smaller counties. Because I do believe my house would have been messed up. We have high trees, and old ones at that. I guess with the whole "KATRINA" deal...it was a panic. 2.5 million people evacuated Houston and surrounding areas. It was a mess. Traffic.
. It looks like christmas lights. This is a freeway down the street from my house, about 200 yards. IT was at 10.50 something at night Wednesday. It looked like rush hour traffic, or something out a movie.A fear of mine, being confide, maybe because i am claustropbic. These are people leaving HOUSTON to Austin most likely. The drive was 12 hr for one friend another friend she left Friday morning, before it was suppose to make landfall, she got there in 4 hours. So yeahl... My worse fear was if the Hurricane Hit, and the people were stuck on the freeway. MY GOD! Plus them walking down the street and looting my house. But everything is well. My friends are ok. My family. My house. Thank you god.
Last night I had a restless night, I think it was because money problems. So todya I work over time. MOOLA!! oh la la :) But it's one of those anxiety ....I hope I don't get attacks. BLAH!
I hung out with Claudia yesterday. We applied at TARGET!! EK!! In some way I want the job, in other ways I'm scared! Just because i know how tired I"m gonna be. Then no social life! lol But you gotta do what you gotta do.
