update on my life
Current mood: drained
Sooo this weekend was nuts. I went and saw ak and dara at lizard longue. Dara is way better than AK now. Than I went to Addison which is the rich over populated area here to a club. 25.00 a head, free champagne at midnight, and ballon drop. Drank a bunch of champagne, got stupid.. needless to say I won't be drinking for a very long time again. I don't miss being that retarded at all. I would rather be sober than like that. I felt horrible today. Just layed around all day and slept most of it. I've got work tomorrow. I don't really have to go if I don't want to cause I was suppose to have it off. But I don't want to make up 8 hours the rest of the week so I'm going. I decided I'm going back to NOLA for Febuary 28th instead of my birthday, cause that's Mardi Gras.
My Dad is having some tests run this weekend, I'm really worried. They are putting him in the hospital to run tests this weekend, all weekend. They said there glad that his blood pressure went down, and he lost a bunch of weight. His diabetis is under control finally, but his white blood cell count is messed up. They don't know if it's cause the tests they ran were right after he had a heart attack or if he might have lukemia. So they are doing tests this weekend. Pray for him please =..
My Dad means the world to me, and is an amazing man.. I don't know if I could take loosing him right now.
I got to talk to my bestfriend this weekend which was nice. I really need to go enjoy the countryside in Georgia and get away from the city for a week or so. I think I'm going to head up that way here in the next few months. I've gotta check airfare and see. I need to see my Camster. (that's her daughter Cammie). I need to mail there christmas presents too.
I'm about to go throw all my dress clothes in the wash so I can wash em for the week. Hopefully they are ok. It sucks when you've got pitbulls and wear dressy clothes, cause they end up nicking them when they see u. They are so excited Mommie is home, and just want to jump on her and lick her. I love them so much ;)
I might have to change clothes from now on when I get home before I leave them out.
I had a good weekend though, it was nice to get out and have some fun and let go for once. I don't do that much anymore. I want to go to the movies sometime this week.
