rob zombie directed house of 1000 corpses (right?) i think musicans (esp crappy ones) shouldnt try to act/make and vice versa... but thats just me.

Bruce Campbell from Army of Darkness. Granted, probably the funniest scene in the movie (he's advertising for S Mart with a Remington double-barrel shotgun to a bunch of villagers in a medieval kingdom after being transported back in time), the movie still sucked.

Some musicians actually do work out well in the movie industry. See also: Alice Cooper (Wayne's World). See also: Aerosmith (Wayne's World 2). See also: The Beatles (Help!). See also: Spinal Tap (Spinal Tap). It's just, they're a rare treat. We're force fed the crappy musicians almost daily. See also: Britney Spears (Crossroads). See also: Rob Zombie (House of 1000 Corpses [and soon, House of 2000 Corpses]).

"Chock full o' crap" isn't the right phrase, but it's the first one that comes to mind.

haha yes. indeed there are a select few who succeed. wasnt mandy moore a singer first? i like her as an actress.
