[ooc: Numbers are for my own refrence and so...pretend you don't see them. :|b]

Years of research. Well, that's a given.

Intercom:
Doyleton - "One of the last havens left on this earth"
"This is all you know now, and this is all you will know, and perhaps, in a month or so, it will be all that you have known."
[To Radio] "You remember, I'm sure, the poor man from whom you stole your own abilities?"
"[I have] more power than even you can imagine, than even my so-called superiors can. I have countries begging for the fruits of my research; it is only through my own pitying patriotism that I stick with this sad bunch of short-sighted military men!" Partially verified by the radio broadcast before this.
"Down is the way you want to go if you want to uncover the secrets of this place, ladies and gentlemen, though uncovering the keys to knowledge will be far more difficult than any of you can imagine."
Radio -
They started small, something about paradise?

Intercom:
"Get out, go looking. Find the others. My... soldiers. They'll tear you up. Some of you are being taken, to be broken... cut open."
- She died. This pissed off the radio guy enough for him to challenge the doctor. That woman was the reason he broke off from the main project. He had enough in him to lock the head doctor in and hand out goodies in the library. Infiltrated the computers too.
- Are they her soldiers or is that a warning? Sounds like a warning, considering who's working for the military. Radio guy was probably just after her all along.

Radio guy is dead. Jill now. Supposedly part of the same organization. She's using Jack's notes?
31
Jill stole the body, or some of her people did. Smooth for a newbie.

Radio:
"Don’t…trust…radio…" No shit.

Intercom:
"....it's a brand new shielding technology; as you can see here, our outer walls can be kept deceptively short while we still exercise the utmost amount of caution with our inmates.
"This shielding will also be used throughout all other sections of the Institute. The computers behind the technology itself will be kept under the strictest of surveillance and password, retinal, and fingerprint input are required for each separate log-in. The security on it, thanks to your financial support, is such that not even the most advanced hacker could break their way into the mainframe--"
Both the radio personalities managed it...and fuck that's weird to write. They're opening sections anyway. Why?
"No, of course not. He's gone. We picked his body down to the bone, for Godssakes!" And how did you do that if Jill stole the body? She must be a pretty shitty thief. Gotta talk to Arty about a timeframe for these if he even remembers.
Radio:
"…….the left side…..*static*…. blood tasted like anger….*static*….had my way….*static*…you all shot. Beyond….*static*…..outside the wall…. *static*….will die…"
No idea.
