Chest and triceps day:
5:00 am Chest Press, 4 sets, 10 reps, boil 2 cups of water.
5:06 am Incline Chest Press, 3 sets, 10 reps, toss mixed vegetables in boiling water.
5:11 am Flyes, 2 sets, 10 reps, strain mixed vegetables. Set 2 more cups of water to boil with a pinch of salt.
5:14 am Tricep Extensions, 3 sets, 10 reps, put 1 cup of oatmeal.
5:20 am Overhead Tricep Extensions, 3 sets, 10 reps, stir oatmeal occasionally and set to low heat, place a dash of olive oil in a pan and set to medium heat.
5:25 am Stretching and cool down. Mix 1 cup of powder protein and drink. Cook 4 egg whites in pan.
5:30 am Bon Appetite.
