Chiari malformation
Sorry if I haven't replied to posts or comments. I was admitted to the hospital Wednesday for migraines. Well, after 2 MRI's, a MRA, and 2 xrays the doctors found out I have Chiari malformation. What that means is that part of my cerebellum is hanging down into my spinal cord compresses it and causing my headaches. Cool, we know whats going on. What's not cool is that means surgery on my neck to widen the opening from my skull into my spinal cord. Not looking forward to being off work - gotta save up my time off for brain surgery, yay....
Well, here's to the prednisone taking care of the pain enough for that to happen.
