「Human beings are scum. They care only about themselves and their interests. They would even sell out their friends and family to achieve their goals. They are worse then wild beasts.
In the past there were laws and punishments for those who committed atrocious crimes. That’s not true anymore. The only one you can trust is yourself.
History has proven this time and time again. If we are not being oppressed then we are the ones oppressing others. Reading about the amount of lives used to fight a war we feel nothing, but when we lose someone we knew and loved we are overcome with grief. We curse the one we once called god. The same god we veneered and worshiped.
Human beings hang on to their morals only in fear of the consequences that would befall them if they crossed that line. However that line is always drawn differently based on circumstances.
In this day and age there are no consequences and the line is never drawn. With all that said, I am a human being as well.」
