Yes. I started a diet.
I have to loose 10 kg and I can't go on ignoring the fact that I am going to reach the perfect form - the sphere- .
It's difficult for me to lose weight. For many reasons.
One. I am lazy. This is a Big one. I have always been quite sporty (karate, kung fu...), I like practicing martial arts, but I come home late from work and I am always tired. And being tired makes me be really lazy.
Two. I eat outside when I work. And I can't control everything, even if I tend to have salad for once.
Three. I don't eat sweets and I don't drink strange beverages so I have to get rid of something else. Tragic.
So, this is it. Now I don't eat carbs in the evening, I have a normal breakfast, I count the calories of what I eat and Even if in the evening I only want to melt with the couch I go swimming.
Will it be enough? I really don't want to plan a diet step by step. Ok, I am a doctor, I can do this things but... Look at point one.
