Beyond crushed...
Well, I think another one of my irreplacable records has slipped through my fingers. Likely stolen like the Andy Farley - Bring it Back track. I'm hoping Brett might have it in his collection and that it just got switched when we were living together but I have my doubts. That was singly one of my favorite records of all time and I want to just break down and cry that its gone. It was the tightest mix with the Delerium's the Silence (tiesto) that you've ever heard, unbelievable mix, sounds absolutely seamless. It was a key component in my "Trance Message" mix and now I don't think I'll be able to record that because of it - I won't want to without that record. =(
Coldplay - Trouble (Lost Witness remix) White Label, 2001. It was the flip that I played on the mix, an amazing track. I can't find it on ebay, I already looked. They have the Trouble record, but it isn't the same one, has three mash ups on it. HTFR has the record on file, or at least what I think to be the right record, but its on wishlist category and anyone who's ever used HTFR knows that wishlist items remain just that, wishlists. They have another one you can order a copy of, and I did, but I doubt its the same record and won't have the B side I'm looking for. Not to mention I'm in the process of filing suit against those assholes and wouldn't want to buy the record through them.
I wish I could cry, I can't though, I haven't been able to cry about things (except movies) for years - it bothers me. It takes a lot for me to cry, but sometimes, I just wish I could have the release.
I'd give anything to get that track back, even some of my SUPER RARITIES.
If someone did steal it, though I don't know when or who would have had the opportunity, I hope karma pays them a visit from now until eternity. Just like I hope Sarah gets hers for stealing my Andy Farley record.
