Since every penny Jay and I have is going towards the New Orleans Project, we do nothing but sit at home and watch TV. Because of this I’ve wanted to go on a TV rant for a few weeks now. Here it is:
Good-
The Joe Schmo Show- HILARIOUS! It’s this regular guy who thinks he’s on this new reality show. The twist you ask? His housemates are all actors and his every move is planned. It sounds gay, but it is golden.
Law and Order- On thirty times a day and I’m obsessed with it.
The OC- My new Dawsons, I needed a gay show replacement. This show is full of crap actors and people with funny hair.
TLC- I love almost every show on that channel. Second Chance, Perfect Proposal, What Not to Wear and Date Patrol- I love them all!!!
Crap-
The Newlyweds- As horrible as this show is, I still watch it. I’m that much of a loser. Jessica Simpson is the stupidest person in the world! If I were her-I would hate myself.
Cribs- it’s not like the show is bad, only that it makes me hate everyone. Have you seen what these people do with their money? Platinum toilets and having an entire room in your house devoted to denim. WHY?!? Now, not everyone has a need to waste all of his or her cash away in stupid investments. Shaggy lives comfortably in an awesome house with pretty colors and tasteful furniture. I would live in Shaggy’s pad if given the chance. His house, Travis (from Blink 182) has my dream pool and 3LW are in my ideal location. Bastards!
Sorry, I wish I had something not so boring to post. It will all be different once we get down to New Orleans. We have a date set (sort of). October 25th might be the day we leave. Not totally sure yet. I CAN’T WAIT ANY LONGER! I’ll be giving my two weeks notice tomorrow. Jeremy, one of my bosses, didn’t seem upset when I mentioned it to him. He said he’d miss teasing me. =) It feels so official now! The move is really going to happen. Wow.
