GUYS I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALL DAY TO BE ABLE TO PUT THIS UP AND I FINALLY CAN, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW HARD IT WAS NOT TO SAY SCREW IT AND DO IT A FEW HOURS EARLY. I seriously first drafted this post around eight o'clock today and was trying to find ways to fill time before I could put it up, it was ridiculous.

Some of them are so terrible. D: Some not so much, but holy shit having to choose between Starbuck and Meg Murry was fucking brutal.

It was also really hard not to cheat and get Jo in there, since she ended up being really close to the top 64. I am determined to get someone from SPN in at some point, though. Just to be spiteful.

See, I ultimately had to go with Starbuck, but I feel I tried to vote as fairly as possible based on a) my knowledge of that character/fandom and b) actually, I don't have a b.

What these posts have wound up doing for me is convincing me that I kind of need to watch X-Files. (I'm sure I would've voted for Scully had I actually seen more than half an episode.)

YOU SO DO. I have S1, S2, and S4 on DVD, so we totally need to mainline those sometime in the immediate future, because Scully is made of motherfucking amazing. I don't know what my schedule is like next week yet, but if you want we can try and arrange that?

I also think I need to watch Avatar, because I get the impression there are not only a ton of awesome female characters in that, but a ton of female characters who are exactly my type of awesome.
