Realized I'd not posted AT ALL, all week except for last Sunday. Wow.

Anyway, it's been rather cold out there. Yesterday, we were 4 degrees below normal for the high (48F) and ended up 13 degrees below normal for our low, which hit a bone chilling 26F overnight. It's been around freezing or so all week at night, well once we got past Monday anyway ( Read more... )

There are some changes at work that occured today, and one is, we now have a new site manager. Don't recall who he is, but he comes from a similar company, Copiers Northwest, that I've heard has been not a good company to work for. I once interviewed, for a temp position there once, but didn't get, or I declined the position, I forget now ( Read more... )

This week hasn't been too bad, but in a few areas, not going as I'd have liked.

Found out, finally that my individual development plan has been DELAYED, yet AGAIN due to our integrated accout manager, my boss's boss essentially, got overwhelmed with all she has ( Read more... )

Quickly before I throw lunch together.

Had a dream that involved cleaning, remodeling of bathroom tile and rooms in what I take to be hotel rooms. The building was I think from the 60's but don't know for sure and some other related stuff I can't recall now.

That this weekend, a series of storms will be hitting the area with up to 1-3 inches of rain with each storm if  and most of that in the mountains. These are fast moving storms with a subtropical front bringing in warmer air (temps in the low 50's) with the snow levels at around 8000 Ft, flooding is imminent in various areas, such as King County. Before I go get myself ready to head out the door to work, the truck is further out than I'd like, and will have to slog over to it in the rain.
