Firefox/font character question
I notice this more with Firefox than I think I do with IE. That is sometimes when someone uses bullets or other characters in a post, be it here on LJ or elsewhere, I get the "?" as a stand in.
It makes it look like whomever scanned in the text on a website didn't even bother to check it to ensure all of it came through once added to the website and marked with HTML/XHTML.
Is there something I should set within Firefox to remedy this or is this some code that didn't generate correctly at the time I accessed it of what?
