Yep, got the funds squared away so the house hunt now can officially begin with interview realtors. That means, Bukephalous, I need your gym partner's contact into, thanks. :-)

This could be protracted, or it could be quick and dirty, meaning I find the home in my price range that I like and fits my criteria likity split, like within a week and I go from there.
So next up, get dinner and then sit down to write up my criteria, and the questions to ask realtors, and hopefully I can procure a buyer's agent on the quick so I can begin the fun part, shopping for a house!
