That is, it's file naming protocol within View NX from Nikonl. It's a truncated variant that goes back to Windows 3.1, as Windows 95 and up do extended file names, so spent the evening renaming files in a folder to more complete names that made sense. Especially since I have at times several shots of similar subjects, in different focal lengths so best to use the sane name, and number them. say, nikon camera 1, nikon camera 2 etc.
And I've worked on this earlier in the week too, but tonight was to try and get it all done. Got most of it, but there is a segment in the middle that still need to be done, and I'll do that tomorrow as my thinking right now is somewhat muddled, thanks to the wine, and am tired from a busy day.
The kitchen is still a mess, so be it, I'll deal with it tomorrow but in the meantime, for desert it's the new Hostess! Yes, they are back from bankruptcy! I got the Hostess cakes, not the beloved Twinkies as they were out of those but hey, it's Hostess nonetheless!
Overall, I can't complain about the day, as I got stuff that absolutely needed to be done to finish the refinance so that was good. It was lovely and we hit the low 80's today, and Mt Rainier was out in it's splendid glory too.
This is why I love it here. A mountain like Mr Rainier to look at when it's not obscured by clouds.
