A busy day at work
In large part due to Leasing and JLL moving to my building and we had to bring over mailboxes as there was a miscommunication and it didn't get brought over so my boss went and hauled it over this morning and then it's figure out a short term method to get things delivered until the mailroom is completely setup. It got moved from its small digs next door to a much larger space.
The cabinets shelves will need to be rehung, but otherwise, it's semi functional for now.
So that kept me busy much of the day.
tonight was spent going through stuff on Mom's computer, trying to get rid of old letters she sent, and get files I want to send to my sibs corralled, but kept finding copies of stuff and purging stuff, only to fine more copies. Not sure totally why that is except that i had some stuff in a shared folder, but even in the regular My Documents folder had two copies.
Fixed up some frozen soup and garlic bread for dinner and now it's time I put it to bed as I managed to doze off to America's Test Kitchen on the Create channel. I also caught most of This Old House where they are redoing an old 2 family house from the 1880's, I think into a modern Scandinavian abode for a single family, but with one catch, the historic commission in the neighborhood as it's considered a historic neighborhood in the Cambridge Mass. The house itself is actually 4 blocks from Porter Square, a busy area of Cambridge.
Anyway, that was all that happened this evening, outside of catching up on things here.
And so with that, time to shut down both computers and call it a night.
