I know part of my "problem"
Wanting to feel virtuous, as in, get shit done. :-)
Tried an idea in the pantry, aint gonna work. I had some longer shelf inserts, sadly, they sit up higher, and thus not going to work for what I need them to do, for now anyway until I can get the rest of my spices in 2 cup Rubbermaid containers and out of their bags so I can repurpose the 2 plastic bins somewhere else, or in the pantry for other small items, don't know exactly what, but they'll get reused in any event. The reason is 2 dry goods boxes are just too tall for the shelf, so had to revert back to my original setup.
Did some cleaning of the upper cabinet yesterday that is to the stove's left, mostly wiping it out and straightening it up and cleaning the carousel that I have in there for the small spice jars.
Was going to move the 2 cup containers in there, but decided not to. I still have a little straightening up to do on my stool and that'll do for now.
Meanwhile, I've picked up the cruft on the floor at the foot of the bed, to my right at the desk, and cleaned off the desk itself - and shredded the junk mail stuff while at it, once I swapped out Mom's crappy shredder for my broken one. I will tackle the printer here momentarily, and then jump in the shower, and head to BBB for some pillow protectors for the 2 pillows I brought home from Mom's place. They have hardly been slept in it looks like as they were just for show, so protectors they'll get, and I have a $5 off coupon to make it happen too.
I also broke down and bought a FULL SET of ink for my printer, $72.99 and free shipping, 3-5 business days from the order being shipped. MUCH cheaper than from Office Depot, Office Max, and Fry's, and yes, these are the genuine Epson inks too, the high capacity ones too so that will be nice, and yes, it comes with a black cartridge as well.
Probably what I'll do early next year is buy a 2 pak of the high capacity black ink as I tend to go through that quicker than the color inks, and just keep a full set of the color inks on hand as well so no matter what, I'll always have ink to replace when I run out.
In the meantime, I continue with my straightening up and stuff!
