A busy/slow/busy day
Overall, not a bad day at work. Didn't have too much to deliver today and at times it was slow but it at times would pick up here and there and around 3:30-4PM, it got busy as I fielding questions, finding some white boards that were somehow leaning against a table in the mail room, not scanned for a gal on one of my floors and ran them up to her after she asked me what, if anything I knew about some white boards, corrected a co-worker on where a couple of people go etc before it all quieted down again.
The DVD I ordered on Tuesday has not arrived and I really was not expecting it quite yet, I figured by next week, Monday at the earliest. The TV is in transit, left Amazon at 3:30-4 yesterday from the Reno facility and it arrived at Ceva at 10AM this morning, also in Reno and it's now on it's way to Seattle, estimated time of arrival, Monday the 30th of June. However, as we all know, That's a conservative estimate and things have been known to arrive earlier than that. I don't think it takes that long to drive into Seattle from Reno so I won't be too surprised if it in fact arrives sometime between Monday and Wednesday of next week.
Other than that, can't complain, really. It's nice and warm, 78 Degrees as I type. Will this weekend get old TV recycled if I can and get the area prepped so when the new set arrives, all that has to be done is move the 20" if I move it into the living room for a few days back into the bedroom and give the media unit a quick swipe w/ the duster and she's ready.
I am this weekend will hit the downtown public library doing a little research, should not take too long and outside of that, not sure what else. The weather is supposed to be hit and miss however.
Meanwhile, I'm a gettin' hungry so must go think about some dinner!
