Several announcements
An announcement to all Balamb Garden Students, Instructor, and SeeD:
I have received multiple complaints that the Trepies have began to loiter around classroom 2-3. Please refrain from hanging around in that classroom especially before school hours since this is Instructor Cid Highwind's class and it starts first thing in the morning. Anyone who I find loitering around there will be disciplined by the Disciplinary Committee and be sent to my office. almasy_seifer, fuujin, and ketsu_raijin, I trust that you will do your job with utmost care.
Also, no one is allowed to run off anywhere except Balamb unless you receive special permission from the administration AND the Commander of Balamb Garden effective immediately, unless it is a mission that is assigned to you. This is due to the... recent events that took place. This includes residents of Deling City, Esthar, Winhill, and Timber.
I would also like to welcome Instructor Wakka to our faculty. He will be the new Blitzball coach beginning next Monday, not today. I would like for Instructor Wakka to be able to familiarize himself with the place. He seems to know both Yuna and Rikku. I hope he'll be comfortable here in Balamb Garden by the time he becomes an official Instructor. Please make him feel welcome. I'm sure you all have seen a man with orange hair who's hair spikes up in front.
With that said, the following students are to leave their current 4th period class (the class right before lunch) and report to Instructor Wakka next Monday in the room next to the training grounds, which is the swimming pool (it should work for now).
