A theory about our divided nature:

Back in the day, before our brains were divided into left and right cortical lobes, we would believe a thought that came from the right lobe to be the voice of God(s). This suggestion is itself indicative of that division; science rationalizing spiritual thinking.

It seems we aggrandize this schism in ourselves without conciously noticing it; indeed, we attribute it to the intrinsic structure of the universe. Even subatomic particles have equal and opposite anti-particles: for every neutron, a neutrino; every electron, a positron... throw in quantum entanglement and-

Tangent.

Point is, or rather, the Question: Is this division in fact an inherent constituent of the universe, or is it part of our system of filters for viewing that universe? Is it God that is divided, or is it our way of seeing the world, given our divided cortex? Do other creatures with divided brains see good/evil, right/wrong, good/bad, etc? Someone really has to figure out how to speak the language of whales and dolphins, if only to help us figure out who and what we are. God knows we aren't going to do it out of selfless self-interest. Too cost prohibitive.

Are particles and anti-particles the fundamental constituents of reality, or is it just that that's all we're able to see, given our set of senses and methodologies of thought?

Can you cite precedent?

When God gives you lemons, you find a new God.
