This will be a short post and full of mistakes as I am in France and the keyboards are different. For those you who have never travelled to a non-English speaking country it is a strange thing to miss one's language. I never thought I wuld miss English as I feel it is an ugly language, but now tht I am in France where English is the second language on all the signs, the Parisians roll their eyes at you when you dont't speak well, and daily communication with my host family is a challenge I find myself aching for a swear word and a conversation that flows outside of yes and no. It is a beautiful country and a beautiful language but I miss my home, my world. It is too strange here.
