I really love this series, and wow, does Ironhide ever have a skewed idea of what kind of femme he'd ever bond to, since this version of Chromia is a REALLY good match for him.

Whee! Love this! How they're both crossing each others' lines in the beginning, how Chromia isn't behaving how Ironhide thinks a girl he would fall for would behave. (Really, that kind of denial is probably why he hasn't found anyone before...)

I love how amused Optimus and Ratchet are at the two of them. :D <3 And Ratchet and Chromia ganging up on Ironhide ftw!

And that last sentence? Utter and total essence of AWESOME. <3 <3 <3

This series is delightful -- I have to admit I was a little skeptical about the idea at first (not sure why, just sort of "o.O") but you're pulling it off with bravada!

And the last line... Ironhide really is rubbing off on Chromia! She's certainly picked up his love for weapons, and I'm not sure if the feisty attitude is from him, or was always potentially in her and just never expressed. Either way, it's funny as hell. At the same time, the more serious touches give the story a nice balance.
