Thinking is tiring... and yet I do it anyway...
So today it's raining... Luckily I went out and trained this morning. I love each and every one of those dogs and I've only known them two weeks. Mum is shocked I know all of their names, there are nine of them.
Since I've last written on here I've gone on to raise four other guide dog puppies since Botti! That makes seven total! With seven as a work in progress. Future Leader Dog Haileigh has big shoes to fill as we've had five graduates and one "career change" but whatever the future may hold for her, we're just happy to have a hand in shaping it. She keeps me hopping.
I'm excited about going down to see old friends next Thursday. Maybe drink a little? Unfortunately not too much, because I have to be back the same evening as I work on Friday, and Saturday is going to be a long day of working with dogs then working third shift at work. Yeegads! (if that's even how it's said.) Well, that's all for now.
