Zidane headbutting one of his opponents and getting sent off shortly before the penalty phase of the World Cup final. Which France lost. On penalties.

Seriously, though, according to the football mavens, it's a shame that his final moment before his retirement was as a thug. With any luck, the guy's reputation will recover, and people will be able to look at his career as a whole, and not simply at his final act.
By the way, I was wrong in an earlier post. He's 34, not 32.
