Happy birthday to tellshannon815 and zelda_zee ! I'm usually so bad about remembering to post happy birthday to people here, so I'm really excited I remembered this time lol!
I'm having one of those days where things just don't seem to be going my way. It started last night, when the book club meeting I was so excited about just didn't happen. I literally showed up, at the time specified, and no one else did. I was so disappointed and let down about it. My guess is that since its a small group, they probably all know each other and did a personal e-mail or phone call to cancel, and didn't know a new member was coming. I'm going to try again next month, so hopefully that'll happen then.
Then this morning I went to the dentist's to get final impressions for this back tooth of mine that's been a real problem for about 2 years. Long story short, my wisdom teeth were impacted, caused a cavity in a really obnoxious place, that is now taken care of, but getting a permanent crown in there has been really hard. Half an hour of drilling later, they decided to stop and send my new x-rays to another dentist for a consultation to make sure they were using the right approach. I can't fault them at all for that, but I just want it done!
Then I missed my bus by a second, and when the next bus finally came, I got up so quickly I smashed my leg into the bench really hard.
Sigh.
To cheer myself up I gave in to the lure that is caseland and joined :) It looks SO cool-so many of the fandoms are ones I love, like Psych, White Collar, Bones, and Profiler. Everyone should come join, and should join Team Morgue! :)
