Have fun in Canada! When I was a kid, we used to go to the middle of the woods in Ontario every summer, and I miss it. :)

Ohh, where? My extended family has a summer house near Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. I've been going up there my whole life.

I was nine the last time we went up there, and I don't remember the name of the town, but I know it was on "the unpopular end" of Charleston Lake. There was a small group of rather rustic cabins owned by some old people, and we would just swim and fish and play cards, and one day during the week we'd go to a nearby larger town for shopping and a dinner at a fancy Chinese restaurant. LOL I want to say the larger town was Kingston or something like that.

I suspect those cabins aren't there anymore, maybe haven't been there for twenty years, but I still miss going there.

Oh, I looked it up and that's totally the other side of Ontario, on a totally different lake. But it sounds like the same activities! I bet if those cabins aren't there anymore they've been replaced by other fairly similar ones.
