I love how repressed Sam is. My absolute most favouritest line EVER:

At first, when Sam came back, it was like a constant exclamation in Dean’s heart, ‘Sammy’s here, Sammy’s here, Sammy’s here.’ By now it’s settled down more, and it’s again just, ‘oh, of course Sam’s here.’

And TOTALLY in a non-slashy, non-incest way. It's the way I felt about my own sister. So on the money for very close sibling relationships.
