negotiable instruments
okay so im taking my exam last night, and between not knowing ANYTHING i get to this question thats like bill negotiates an instrument to tammy who endorses it to bob who gives as a gift it to jack who is not a holder in due course but sells it to frank who IS a holder in due course and frank properly presents it for payment to bill, who dishonors it, who is primarily liable? and im just like heres a better question, what kind of douchebag endorses a check 14 times?
