We're rapidly coming up on the June 28 deadline for the rough draft. (9 days to go! How did that happen?) So since we've had a few questions about it, we thought it would be a good thing to give you all an idea of just what we're expecting from the rough draft:

A minimum word count of 10,000 words.We're not going to be too doctrinaire about
