relaxation
well the constant stream of visitors has subsided and i am finally able to breathe again!
like i said before it's not that i don't love visiting with family/friends it's just with us it always seems to be all or nothing!
we'll not see anyone for months and then BAM two weeks of straight visiting.
anyway my house is pretty clean because of it ;)
we actually went to walmart today because i read their flyer (i never do that!) and there were bathroom rugs and towel sets on sale for $10.
our downstairs bathroom isn't "complete" yet so i was excited to get some matching stuff.
well... the sale doesn't start until tomorrow. so the rugs weren't out but the towels were. since the towels were out i got a set
and i'll probably go back by myself tomorrow for the rugs (what i really needed). now all that room needs is paint... and tile but that's waaaay down at the bottom of the list.
we got a ton of frames for zac's room. he's been working on organizing and purging stuff he's held onto for the last 10 years or so.
it's great but man the mess is making me ill. i try not to be down here often because i don't want to see it. everything in it's place...
i'm not even a very organized person but i know where all my stuff is. and when he moves it omg it hurts me physically. ocd? yeah a little.
i'm excited for him to be done with his junk so we can move the guest bed into his old room (after it's painted i guess) and then we start work on MY room!!! yay. hopefully we can say GOODBYE to the scary aqua carpet in here! how was that a good idea to begin with?!
i need to decide on a room color! i'm thinking blue... maybe purple... see haha.
ok i've rambled on long enough. today was good. we just slacked off and did some frivolous shopping. it was nice.
(i'm slightly wired from the homemade iced mocha i just consumed. i remembered how much i love coffee after setting my coffee pot up for my gma)
oh and hey my internet seems to have fixed itself. i don't know what was up with that but it was RUDE!
