Therapy
So my previous session, my therapist said my symptoms of PTSD are reduced enough so we can focus of trauma and sexual abuse. My session yesterday however, she said something didn't sit right with her so we did a full forensic evaluation. 344 questions. Oh boy. So that's new anxiety we're going to deal with until our next session. At least it's in 3 days instead of two weeks now.
