In response to mymushaboomlife's drabble prompt, this is what I came up with. It's not precisely Chyan yet, but I think it's a step in that direction. Enjoy!

Ooh, lovely take on it! Definitely not what I figured the responses would be (and who knows, maybe I'll take a crack at it myself) but I loved how it was such a character study of Ryan -and- of Chad. And I see definite potential for more on this-Chad confronting Ryan about it, or Ryan confronting him on always watching him. Not that I'm saying this needs a sequel, just that it would rock even more. Great, great little story!

Thankee! Yeah, my first thought when I see a prompt is to try to figure out what people would expect to get from that prompt and then try to do something different *laugh* My inner rebel. Glad you enjoyed!

This is just...completely excellent. I love the portrait it paints of Ryan, and I love the tone of fascination from Chad's POV. Just...lovely :)

Merci! I adore Ryan, but I think he's always acting all the time, that we've gotten very few looks at who he actually is, and Chad's gotten fewer than us. So I thought it might be fun to let his image get just a little cracked...
