フェアリーテイル [review]
I'M FINALLY DONE W/ フェアリーテイル!!!!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!! TBH I NEED MORE OF THIS!
I totally love it! 63 volumes worth my time! It took me around 2 weeks (?) or maybe a couple of more days, but DAMN it was super gooooood! [Aye, sir!] At the beginning i was kinda off w/ the design of the characters (especially happy) since I was already used to the anime one... but when I went back to the anime I was like 'wtf is wrong w/ this (?)'
Ok, so let's start! The story itself is superb! I really like how Mashima made all the plot-twists come together into a really smooth story... everything was perfect without the unnecessary stuff (like the anime). In fact, there weren't so many 'nude' casualties as in the anime as well... (but i did miss the 'ero' sound c:) Another difference was that Gray smoked for two chapters and then no more lol
Now, something important is my bias list! I still think Lucy is so ship-able! But it's ok if Juvia stays w/ Gray... I like her c: ... but what I can't decide if which is my favourite character!!! It's way too hard to pick between too many great characters! DAMN! Ofc Happy is on top <3 so as for Natsu, Gray, LUCY, Erza and ... MIRAJANE.. oh and ICHIYA (MEEEEEEEEEN!)
(I just forgot) It really did tackle the adventure theme well.. even tho I didn't cry as I did w/ Naruto.. I think the relationship between Igneel and Natsu was so beautiful and how he related w/ all the dragons! Worth reading and in the future watching c:
(I just forgot part.2) I LOVE HOW U CAN SEE CLEARLY THE SHIPS EXCEPT THE ONE OF NATSU AND LUCY EVEN THO U KNOW THERE'S SOMETHING GOING ON THERE! Most of the time u get the friendship between the main female and male character ruin by them getting together but here u can't see that! even tho u clearly see everybody rooting for them, still they don't develop ANYTHING C: which I find really pleasant!
Good thing that there's a sequel that I haven't started yet, but will soon (?) hopefully (?)
As for the prequel,フェアリーテイル ゼロ - was also good! it complemented the background story of the main story, especially the one w/ Zera and how everybody got together to form the coolest guild in all Magnolia c:
Do I regret not reading it before? YES!!! IT'S SUPER GOOD! ONE OF MY FAVOURITE MANGAS! BETTER THAN NARUTO!
Would that make me watch the anime? YES, I SWEAR I'LL FINISH IT!
Would I recommend it? YES! IT'S A MUST! BEAUTIFUL AND BEAUTIFUL!
Would I read it again in the original language? VERY MUCH! I hope.. someday!
Would I buy it? well... I'd buy merchandising rather than the mangas since there are 63 volumes D: but yeah I've been looking for Happy keychains for a while now! ... also I'd like to tattoo the guild's symbol (?) cuz I think it's super pretty c: and it looks good no matter the colour c:
