So the first week of school is over, and I’m pleased to say that I have been majorly productive. Like doing my homework and working out and eating moderately healthy. I feel quite accomplished. Classes are mostly good. I don’t like my religion professor, but her TA is majorly nice. (even though I panicky cried after his discussion class on Friday) My philosophy teacher is so scary/hysterically funny, and he kind of reminds me of my Uncle Tom. Speaking of which, Tom and Antoinette are getting their baby soon. Horray for them! I can’t wait to see little Liam. I seriously want babies. Jess, Liz and I were shopping the other day and I saw the cutest little button down shirt. Wow. I really need to get moving. (Tick tock, as Schuyler would say, lol)
So everything has been going really well lately. We had Schuyler’s birthday party last night and I think it went really well. It was so much fun, I heart parties. And I just finished my application for the house and David’s peer reference. I don’t really know how I feel about it, but I’m glad that I’m at least applying. I don’t really think anything will come of it, but I didn’t want to be all apathetic. I emailed Friar Santo the other day, but he didn’t write back yet. Grrr, I really wanted to talk to him. So much self-reflection recently.
Everything else is pretty chill. I need urban rebound today after Chaucer. I have a bit of reading to catch up on because this darn application took so long. (And by that, I mean that I didn’t do anything yesterday except for go shopping and go to a party.) The Bowling for Soup show is in 29 days. I’m so excited about it. I haven’t been to a good show in forever. It’s going to be me, Jess, Schuyler, Liz, David and Ray. Wow, it’s kind of a weird group, but I’m looking forward to some great conversations. I just hope everyone likes the music. I’ve been listening to the new cd recently and I love it so much. Okay, off to get dressed and start my day kind of late.
