This is for everyone in Discedo. There's a dangerous man who's just arrived. His name is Legato Bluesummers. His chip should not be removed under any circumstances or there will be deaths. He believes humans are pests and he wouldn't hesitate to kill you or fuck with you, then kill you.
Edit: All right, so people want more information? This is the best I can give you. His frequency is here. He's got less than shoulder length bluish hair that partially covers his face, pale skin, he's tall, and he's probably wearing white. He's got death in his eyes and a creepy as fuck smile. Last I saw he had no use of his body, but since he was using his communicator without trouble I'm gonna assume that's no longer the case.
Without his chip, he can manipulate the bodies of others. He could make you kill someone else, or yourself, then use your corpse to the same ends. He can control groups of people... possibly entire populations, so he can kill hundreds without lifting a finger. The only weakness I know of is that it's possible to hurt him if he's focusing on a lot at once, and even then the chances are slim. That's why his chip needs to stay in.
