Kokoro: The girl
Mum saw my sketch of Kokoro today but didn't suspect anything. :D We've been trying to assimilate her into the idea that we really really really want to get Kokoro and are prepared to work for it. (We sort of show her a pic of Kokoro whenever Mum glides past the computer and ask her if she's cute.) Usually Mum goes "Cute lah, cute lah" grudgingly, but she doesn't seem crabby about it anymore.
Perhaps I should talk more about my new girl. She's a quiet and serious kind of person, with impeccable manners and a love for books (LUTS actually sells books as doll props, I realized the other day). She's the kind of person that will fix you down with a fearsome glare if you step out of line, and very suited to be a prefect in that sense, but very reserved at the same time. She often reigns Ichigo in before he embarks on stupid missions and checks his bad behavior.
Kokoro may be prim and proper (a real lady she is) but she's also loyal and gutsy (doesn't mind a good game of ball with Ichigo, and is quite tricky with the footwork, scoring past Einrich all the time, but then again Einrich is a lousy goalkeeper). She's very mature and tolerates both Rei and Ritsu's childishness while being able to engage in serious conversation with the so-called "adults" (Yuuhi).
Of course, because Kokoro's so concerned about protocol and decorum, she hates being embarrassed and doesn't like to admit her mistakes (especially to Ichigo). She's a tad bossy too. D: She tends to keep a straight face all the time and rarely displays emotion (even when playing ball) but her smile is really beautiful. (OMG SMILEY BORY) It'll make Ichigo blush for sure. <3
She and Rei are good friends. While Kokoro admires Rei's cool attitude and confidence, Rei admires Kokoro's unexpected gutsiness. The two often are seen scheming together, Rei coming up with ridiculous schemes with Kokoro providing a logical balance to the discussion. Deep inside Kokoro loves adventure (stuff like how to get your ball back from the batty old lady next door to finding out the identity of the Lady with the Silver Ewer) so even though she looks stiff and goody-two-shoes, she likes to plot new quests and missions. (Of course, she doesn't partake in stuff that involves breaking the rules. She's a good girl still.)
On a peaceful summer's day Kokoro would either be sipping tea with Yuuhi and Rei at Yuuhi's house or sitting under a tree reading a book, or occasionally playing ball with Ichigo. Kokoro secretly likes steak and other Beef-related foods (was it because the first present Ichigo gave her was a stick of almost stale beef jerky?) and has a bulldog named Beefy-chan, who loves to chase Ichigo (and whose life ambition is probably to tear him into shreds, Ichigo says).
Kokoro had once a crush on Ichigo, who was, at that time unfortunately mad about Carla Jeine (a very pretty brat indeed). Of course, she has never acted upon it (not unusual for her, of course, because Ichigo wouldn't have known what he was missing even if the cold facts danced in front of him naked). However, being such a sentimental and loyal person, it is likely that she still harbours feelings for her childhood friend.
