Summary: Jaejoong likes Yunho so much but did Yunho likes him too?
“Jaejoong hyung!” Junsu yelled.
“Yah, Junsu-ah!! Do you even need to call me that loud!!” Jaejoong scolded him.
“I’m sorry hyung.” Junsu apologized not forget to show his puppy eyes to the hyung. He knew that Jaejoong really hate attention from the crowd. It’s not like everyone likes him as he was an idol or something. But it was because of his liking toward a person or more precisely the kingka of the school.
“Look at what you’ve done. Aish…” Jaejoong ignored his best friend aka dongsaeng and walked to their classroom while the other students around started talking about him and his very impossible crush again.
Well, it’s had became a routine in Jaejoong life that he needed to go through this murmuring or humming situation about how loser he was being in love with the best student in their school every morning since that incident three years ago.
-----------Flash back------------
There he was standing in front of the foyer of the office, waiting for the other boy to come out from his last lesson. It was Valentine day. Of course everyone knew that it’s a lover day either for the newborn couple, already a couple or the couple want to be. Jaejoong was in the third category. Today, he had determined to confess his feeling towards the person he had liked for one year already.
Jaejoong saw the door cracked open and he knew the first person that will step out from the class is him. Jaejoong felt like he wanted to surprise the other boy with his presents, so he ran to him at a very high speed and as he about to reach the other he lost his balance and end up falling flaton his back in front of the boy. Jaejoong had never felt so embarrassed in his life. He will mark that day as the darkest day in his life, falling in front of his crush with the present still in his hands and not to forget, the card. He felt like he wanted the earth to swallow him right that moment.
The man in front gave Jaejoong a weird look before his hand reached toward Jaejoong’s hands only to take the card. Jaejoong and the other students were shocked by the boy action. Both party never thought that the boy would accept anything from the school loser, Kim Jaejoong.
“I’ll keep this. Thank you,” and just like that, the boy walked away leaving Jaejoong with open mouth still lying on the floor, shocked. That was when his best friend Junsu came and pulled him up bringing him back to earth. The other students started looking at him with many looks but the worst one is the disgusting look. Feeling totally embarrassed, Jaejoong ran out from there leaving Junsu behind not caring about the rain pouring on him. He just wanted to be home and lay on his bed crying and screaming his heart out to forget the scene just now.
“Hyung-ah, are you alright?” Junsu come in to the room to see if Jaejoong was fine or not since he had skipped the dinner. Junsu was sad to see that Jaejoong sleeping figure still in his soaked wet school uniform.
“Hyung-ah, wake up. You need to change into dry clothes or you might catch a cold.” Junsu shook Jaejoong shoulder lightly to wake him up.
“Junsu-ah” Jaejoong opened his eyes and he sat up facing his dongsaeng with tears in the eyes threatening to fall anytime.
“Jaejoong hyung, everything’s going to be alright. I’ll always be with you” Junsu assured his hyung trying to sooth the older sadness. Jaejoong tears fell freely and he hugged Junsu tightly to let all his worry about the day incident.
“Shhh… let it out. Cry all you want now hyung but after this, promise me no more tears,ok? We will just ignore them ok, hyung?” Junsu hugged his hyung back.
Starting from that day, Jaejoong had accomplished his popularity in school but at least he had a chance to talk with his crush even the boy might forget him later.

“Yah, Yunho. Why did you take the card? You like him, did you?” Yoochun teased him.
“I was just being polite,ok? He had stalked me for a year. Besides our parents are close and I don’t want to be nagged by my mom if she found out I mistreat him. Plus, you do know how it felt like being stalked and all. So, stop this nonsense about me liking him, arasso?” Yunho reasoned but he still worried about Jaejoong.
‘I wonder how he will face the school tomorrow’ Yunho thought.

Finally this was their final year in highschool. Jaejoong and Junsu was sitting at their seat and talking before their class leader stand up and announced about a farewell party. Due to their homeroom teacher unavailability at the day, their class will be joining the first class farewell party which was Yunho’s class.
“Eunhyuk-ah, I can’t join the farewell party. Can you list out my name?” Jaejoong said.
“Why Jaejoong? It won’t be fun anymore if one of us is missing. Beside this might be our last time to see each other before we enter the college.” Eunhyuk tried to persuade Jaejoong.
“Hyung-ah, please join it ok? For me, please? Everyone here wants you to come.” Junsu also tried to persuad him. After all, his classmates are the only that didn’t tease his feeling towards Yunho and treat him nicely.
“Okay, I’ll join it.” Jaejoong said.
‘Why should I concern about him’ Jaejoong thought.

That night, the both class members gathered for their farewell party. The atmosphere was so lively. Everyone looked so happy except Jaejoong. He didn’t even dare to stand from his seat to have a chat with the other students due to yunho’s classmates eying him scarily. So, he decided to keep quiet and enjoy the food.
Finally, the climax of the party was the speech by each student about the best moment in their high school life for this past 6 years. There he was, Kim Jaejoong thinking hardly if he does have one when finally it hit him that his high school life was the best since he had Junsu with him and nice classmates. Liking Yunho was also one of his best moments here. But after the incident, he had been thinking to give it a break though he did not decide to let it go just yet. He just stopped showing Yunho his affections in hoping that the student will stop making fun of him and his feeling towards Yunho but nothing like that happen.
So, when it was Jaejoong’s turn to talk, he said exactly the same about having Junsu and nice classmates and good teacher around him. One of Yunho’s classmates stood up suddenly and spoke something.
“What about Yunho, Jaejoong?” he asked more or less to embarrass Jaejoong as the other started to laugh at him.
Jaejoong eyed everyone in the room, when his eyes landed on Yunho’s face he saw Yunho was ignoring everyone else and keep eating his food. He had always been like that, never caring about anything happen around him. It’s not like he didn’t know that lot of student no matter girls or boys had liked him but he chose not to care.
“I still like him.”That’s when Yunho faced him with a little bit shocked in his eyes.
“Well, Yunho used to be very cool in front of us but if you guys want to know he is just a very simple man that trying to hide his weakness from everybody around him.” Jaejoong spoke.
Yunho eyed Jaejoong not knowing where this talk is going to end. ‘What was he talking about?’ he thought.
“He was a very cute boy when he was small walking with the cute white dog to the park. That’s when I first saw him. I followed him to his house and one day I was caught by his mother. She was nice and she also gave me a picture.” Jaejoong then fished out a paper from his wallet.
‘Oh, no! Not that picture. Umma!!!’ Yunho screamed in his head. Yunho quickly ran to Jaejoong to prevent him from showing the picture to the others. But he was a little bit late when Junsu who was seated next to Jaejoong took the picture and squealed laoudly.
“Omo!!! Yunho hyung, you were so cute in this picture!” That’s when the other student started to gather around Junsu and look at the picture. Yunho was so furious. He grabbed Jaejoong’s hand and dragged him out from the room. Yunho kept dragging Jaejoong until the he felt the latter struggle to free his hand.
“Yah, let go. Let go! Its hurts you know!” Jaejoong yelled at him and kept struggling until finally he freed his hand from the other’s grip.
“What’s wrong with you?” Yunho asked.
“What’s wrong with me? I’m just trying to tell the reason for liking you. Is that wrong?”Jaejoong answered.
“That’s not the problem. Do you even need to carry this picture with you everywhere?!”
“Why? What’s wrong with the picture? Were you afraid that everyone will laugh at you if the saw the picture? Don’t worry, you can see how they reacted just now. No one will make fun of you.” Jaejoong looked at the ground as he spoke the last sentences.
“…”
“I have tired with all of people who had made fun of my feelings towards you. Is it so wrong to like a person like you?” Tears started to form in his eyes but Jaejoong quickly wiped them away.
Silent filled the surrounding for a while before Jaejoong spoke again.
“If liking you was a mistake, then I will stop. Starting today, I will forget about you. I will forget every single thing about you.”Jaejoong said determinedly.
Listening to that, Yunho found himself feeling a little hurt. Deep inside his heart he doesn’t want Jaejoong to stop liking him. He had used to it already. Yunho turned around and look at Jaejoong. He looked very stunning in that black shirt with the black skinny. His black hair made Jaejoong’s fair skin glowing under the moon light. He had never acknowledged Jaejoong’s appearance before. But tonight he felt different. He don’t want to let Jaejoong back out from liking him. He was afraid to lose Jaejoong. He walked to Jaejoong and cornered him until Jaejoong’s back leaned on a wall behind him.
“Alright. You are good, aren’t you?”Jaejoong looked at Yunho confusedly.
“Do you think you get forget about me that easily?” Yunho talked back.
“I can.” Jaejoong shot his eyes back at Yunho.
“Besides, I have seen everything about you. As soon as I enter the university, I will find someone one hundred times better than you. No, make it one thousand times better than you. Hmmph!”Jaejoong talked back looking straight into Yunho eyes to show his determent. That made Yunho so angry and jealous.
“Fine. Then, go look for it!” Yunho let out his anger.
“Of course, I will urmfff….” Jaejoong words were muffled as Yunho suddenly kissed him. His eyes widen when he felt Yunho tongue slipped in between his lips as if wanting to enter inside his cavern. He felt Yunho sucked his lower lips hungrily but suddenly Yunho stopped and released his mouth. Both of them looked at each other with flushed face and the awkwardness filled area.
“You…you, ehem….”Jaejoong couldn’t finish his words. He looked anywhere else but Yunho’s face.
Yunho also couldn’t believe what he had done just now. But he was not regretted. He felt satisfied that he did that. The kissed had awoken a feeling inside him and him liking it.
“Yah Kim Jaejoong, listen carefully okay.” Jaejoong looked at Yunho with a confused face.
“From now on, you are going to be my date and we will start dating. Don’t ever dare to look at any other man or worst woman, understand?” Yunho gave the smaller man a warning. Jaejoong eyes blinked a few times trying to understand the man words.
‘Did he just say that he wants to date me?’ Jaejoong asked himself.
“But…”
“No but, you are dating me and that’s final, arasso ?” Yunho cut his words and gave Jaejoong a sly smile..
“Do you like me?” Jaejoong asked directly. He thought there’s no reason for Yunho to date him unless he wanted to play with his heart. ‘But Yunho was not that kind of person’ Jaejoong thought. He did wished for Yunho to speak the ‘I like you too’ words.
“Yes, I like you.” Yunho confessed looking straight into Jaejoong’s eyes as he wanted the man to see his sincerity.
"Did you really like me?" Jaejoong asked again.
"yes, Kim Jaejoong, I really really like you," Yunho answered him.
“Are you trying to make a joke? I know I might be a nuisance to you the past years, but you can’t make a joke like this. It hurts my pride and my feelings too.” He cried. Jaejoong found it ridiculous when Yunho suddenly like him when all these years he had not even once showed any response to his feelings.
“No, it’s not a joke. I know you were serious all this time.” Yunho wiped the tears falling from Jaejoong’s eyes while Jaejoong looked at Yunho feeling touched at Yunho soft words.
“Are you serious?”Jaejoong wanted to assure that his ears didn’t deceive him so he asked Yunho again.
“Yes.” Yunho cupped Jaejoong face in his hands.
“But….but… why now?” Jaejoong asked.
“Because of the kiss just now,” Yunho answered and Jaejoong could only blush and looking down to the ground. Yunho took both of Jaejoong’s hands and kissed the both palms before looked back in Jaejoong eyes.
“So, Kim Jaejoong would you take me, Jung Yunho as your date?” Yunho asked.
Jaejoong found himself choking as he tried to fight the tears falling and finally he let out the cries and sobbing uncontrollably. Yunho was panicked to see Jaejoong crying that much.
“Jaejoong-ah, are you ok? If you were angry with me, you can just hit, punch me or anything. But please don’t cry. You make me feel terrible for making you cry like this and I feel sad too.” Yunho pulled Jaejoong into his arms and hugged him tightly wanting to assure Jaejoong that his feeling towards Jaejoong wasn’t a lie.
Gradually, Jaejoong’s sobs subsided but he still clung into Yunho’’s bear hug feeling comfortable, warm and protected. Jaejoong pulled back from Yunho’s chest and he looked down at his shoes feeling embarrassed at his action just now.
“I am not angry at you. I’ll never be able to hate you, pabo Yunho! I love you.” Jaejoong whispered at the last three words as if he don’t want Yunho to hear it but the silent around them made Yunho to be able to catch those romantic words and he smiled looking at the smaller man flushed face.
“I love you too.” Yunho placed his left hand on Jaejoong waist and pulled him into hug as his right hand tilted Jaejoong's chin upward and crashed their lips together. This time, Jaejoong slowly kissed him back and Yunho deepened the kiss. Yunho broke the kiss and looked at Jaejoong lovingly.
“Jaejoong-ah, thank you for liking me these past years. Let me be the one who’s going to cherish you in the future from now on.” Jaejoong smiled at Yunho remarks. His waiting was not a waste after all. Knowing Yunho finally liked him back made Jaejoong felt all giddy inside. He was so going to cherish their love and became a good boyfriend to Yunho.
“Thank you for liking me back.” Jaejoong replied.
“So, do you want to go back to the party?” Yunho asked.
“Let’s have our first date! It’s still only 8.00 p.m.” Jaejoong suggested.
“So, let’s go to our first date, then!” Yunho inter-winded his hands with Jaejoong’s.
So, they left the farewell party and went to their first date. Their love story had just begun and it’s going to blossom more while they were facing the up and down in relationships.
