updating
Thanksgiving was good. pretty lonely and boring. spent most of the day at the 'rents place. kids had a good time. dad fried 3 turkeys and i think i made like 32 deviled eggs (or MEVILLED EGGS like brandon says it) :D
lots of football watching. pretty quiet day. friday after i was NOT about to join the chaotic ranks of mall mad shoppers eeking out Black Friday specials. besides, who wants to go shopping when yer unemployed and broke right? well, instead we put out all the Christmas decor...yep. first.time.ever. the tree's been up and done the day after thanksgiving. we even strung lights around the house...after the kids left for M's. they were all happy and excited to make the house all holiday special...almost makes it worth forgetting that it's going to suck bad this year.
