yesterday. and today.
this girl who i met after my share at my home meeting called.
she was in distress. her place got raided and her old man got taken to jail.
she has 20 days clean.
(yesterday, i had 2 years and 8 months clean. imagine that.)
she was understandably worried and had no idea when he was getting out etc etc. so i told her i would come meet her and go to a meeting with her. not much else i could do. yeah jail sucks but we do things when we are using (and some of us do it sober) that end us up in situations like jail.
i took her out for coffee and gave her half a pack of smokes that were not my brand.
we went to this rad meeting that i really like and never had the chance to go to before.
45 minutes into her old man walks through the door. so rad. :D
(ok well maybe not free, but out none the less.)
i have a date tonight with someone who adores me. i love when people adore me. but then, who doesn't love adoration. hopefully she will put out :X
beauty is still beautiful if no one admires it, however it trancends boundries when it is being noticed by someone who matters.
