hey, my face... get with the program!
so this afternoon the ccrg ref squad (most of it atleast) met at federal hill to take a photograph for the upcoming ccrg calendar. it was decided that 3we sould reenact the iconic image of the flag raising on iwo jima. and like the original raising purs tooka couple of tries. killer glennuine draft 9globalglenn) was awesome enoughto take the photo, whicj turned out awsome! everyone looks so pro! the inner harbor is in the background and we're all in striped and pads ready for battle!
my only quibble...(you knew it was coming) is that i look unusually portly. or maybe i am that portly and i just never noticed it. im sure its the latter as im really good at convinving myself that things are really how i think they should be.
whine over. the photo is awesome. and from what ive seen of the rest the pics for the calendar it should be amazing. especially since it was all done, planned and executed, in a months time.

in other news:
i have said the phase, "dude, its not that heavy" or, "dude, lets not make this heavy" at the very least, 40 times this week. im almost sure that a friend is cehating on their partner 9who is also a friend). what do you do in a situation like that? all i could say was, "dude, dont make this shit heavy!" two friends hooked up, good people that i thought wouls mesh well. but the lady friends is being strange about it with me, she knew that id had a thing for the gentleman friends and has started making odd coments. im not sure what her aim is...to make me jealous or just to fill me in. but it made me uncomfortable and when i said so,ething about it she just laughed. whatevs, "dude, its not that heavy!"
