Just watched Final Destination 3 today. At the movie screening. Personally, I don't think it was that bad. (Which is probably why it's just NC16 and not R21). In fact, I was more scared in the lead-up to the deaths than the actual deaths. Because during the lead-up, you don't know what is going to happen. And after the actual deaths, you'd be like

Sigh I wanted to go watch but had bio O. And who would even contemplate ponning bio O to go for that? Sigh again...haha anyway maybe I will go download and watch =P

Hm. Well be warned that it's NC16 for a reason. (And I don't mean just all the blood and gore :p).
